DELIVERY

Purchasing a bike directly from us has never been more simple, and with free shipping across or range of e-bikes, there are no hidden costs. Your bike will arrive at your door on a day of your choosing, pre-tuned by our crack team of mechanics, with very minimal assembly to be completed.

We have even produced a handy video to show you how simple it is to have your bike ship shape and ready to ride.

Alternatively, visit one of your UK wide retailers to purchase in your local area. If they don't have your bike in stock, they can order directly from us and get it "road-ready"; your bike will then be good to go. They will also take the opportunity to give you the advice you need to get started and will handle any aftercare needs throughout the life of your bike.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Our retailer network also takes care of the after-sales maintenance and repairs of our electric bikes. Our team is also available to help them with their diagnosis and the parts required for repair.

All our bikes have a 2-year warranty, batteries included; the frames have a 5-year warranty.

TRAINING FOR RETAILERS

We have a whole network of retailers in the UK and Europe, and we regularly offer them sessions and training on our products and the JUICY NEOMOUV universe.

A DEDICATED INTERFACE FOR RETAILERS

Professionals working with JUICY also have a dedicated interface reserved for retailers. It is ideal for ordering stock and acquiring point-of-sale and all the marketing content needed to display our bikes beautifully.

SPARE PARTS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

With warehouses and presence across the UK and France, JUICY/NEOMOUV has a large stock of spare parts available. Our computerised system lets us know in real-time which components we have in inventory and which piece fits each bike!
 
DETAILED USER MANUALS

When buying an electric bike or any other type of product, it's nice to have clear, detailed, carefully written and illustrated user manuals! We understand this, so we provide all our customers with the technical sheets, assembly instructions and user guides for each electrically assisted bike in several languages.

We also have an array of instructional videos to help better demonstrate some of the critical functionality and set-up procedure.
